Booking Conditions & Rental Cost
The rent includes all services except telephone calls. The cost of telephone calls is deducted from your damages deposit on receipt of the France Telecom bill which itemises all calls made. There is a charge for heating from November to March according to consumption. Guests are asked to clean the house on departure. A cleaning service can be arranged if preferred for an additional charge

If you are considering renting the house outside of these dates please contact us to discuss possible availability and rental cost.
We ask for half the rent at the time of booking and the balance six weeks before the start of your holiday. If booking is within 6 weeks of arrival we require full payment at the time of booking. We also require a £500 deposit against damages as a separate cheque which should be sent at the time of making final payment and which is refundable to you one week after departure. A separate charge of 45€ for cleaning is payable direct to the owner on arrival. Any damage or breakages will be made against the deposit and the balance returned to you within one week of your departure.
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. In order to check the house we ask guests to arrive between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and to leave at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit will be retained unless we can re-let or the whole payment if six weeks or less before the start of your intended stay. If we can re-let our additional expenditure, including advertising, will be deducted and the rest returned to you. We would therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance which covers cancellation. This is widely available, for example from airlines, ferry companies, and the AA.
