There is no cost to you, we charge no fee and work with you to help you maximise the number of weeks let.
All the promotion of the house is handled by us with advertisements reaching a wide audience in the UK market and linked to our website.

Our Management services include -
A welcome and departure arrangement for guests including: preparation of the house – laundry, cleaning, fresh flowers etc; welcome of guests on arrival; check out of guests and damages check on the property.
The preparation of the house prior to your own visits and the closure of the house after your departure including: laundry service; cleaning; stocking provisions; airport/railway station collections.
A general house management and maintenance service including small building works, pool maintenance, garden maintenance.
Project management of larger works such as building alterations and major re-decoration work.
Key holding and property supervision during vacant periods

Our Fees:
We charge fixed rates for routine services such as cleaning.
Management time is charged at an hourly rate.
