The property has been prettily furnished throughout and has a large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave. There is a washer/dryer and freezer in a separate utility room. The kitchen leads into the open plan living/dining room which opens out directly onto the large terrace with shady pergola and charming fountain. The house has full central heating and a wood burning stove in the fireplace in the living room for the cooler months.

There are two large double bedrooms, each with a double bed and both open out onto the shady terrace overlooking the pool. The third bedroom has two single beds and overlooks the garden. There is a further single bed on the mezzanine above the living room. There are two bathrooms each with twin wash basins, shower, bath and toilet.

The south facing 9x4.5m swimming pool is reached by wide stone steps and is surrounded by a grassy area for sunbathing and shady areas under the trees. Sun loungers are provided as well as a table and chairs for outdoor dining on the large terrace surrounded by pretty raised flower beds. The pool is secured by an electronic alarm.

The house has a television and DVD player for entertainment, a bbq, ping pong table and bicycles for the guests. Linen and towels are included together with a cleaning service on departure. The house has broadband internet access.
